We keep our themes a secret until we begin teasing it on social media. Follow our accounts to be the first to know!

How long are items available for?

Our collections are only available for 2 months. Once their run ends they enter the Archives where they will stay.

Once they're gone, they're gone.

Can I buy an old design?

When we say "Once it's gone, it's gone" we mean it.

Occasionally we will bring designs out of the archives for a limited time, but there is no guarantee a design will ever return.

When do you release designs?

Our collections are released seasonally (spring, summer, fall, winter).

We begin to tease a collection a few weeks before release, including sharing the release date. Be sure to follow us on social media to stay up to date and subscribe to our mail list at the bottom of this page.

Are purchases final sale?

Yes, all purchases are final sale. In an effort to reduce waste, all products are made to order, and as a result we are unable to accept returns.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order and will be quoted during the check out process.

You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Please email us photos and a description of the problem with the item.

All decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible and utilise a global fulfilment platform to produce orders as close to our customers as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and order size and will be quoted at checkout.

What if my address is wrong?

If the order is yet to be shipped, please contact us immediately so that we can try to modify the address.

If the address has changed, the customer will need to bear any possible shipping price difference.

If the order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

If your order requires a customs/tariff fee to be paid before receiving the item, the customer is responsible for the fee.

Our products are manufactured using a global fulfilment platform in an effort to reduce how many orders may encounter customs fees.
