COVID-19: WHAT IT MEANS FOR SHIPPING?

With postal services globally changing their policies regularly we will continue to work hard to get your order to you quickly. Please, however, allow some extra time for both turnaround and delivery. You will still receive your order shipped email when we send your product out.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ISN'T DELIVERED?

For unreceived products due to shipping carriers inability to deliver the product, these must be filed no later than 8 days from the dispatch date for UK and no later than 25 days for International so we can begin our investigation with our supplier/distributor. After this time nothing can be dealt with.

All claims are to be filed with our company email found on our contact page and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We require your full name for the initial order and the full address for the delivery. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We highly recommend checking your local post office.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

**Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our shipping and fulfilment times have extended. We apologise for the inconvenience of the current delayed service.
Our shipping is broken down into four territories: UK, selected European countries, USA and International. Orders are shipped after fulfilment - this could take between 2-6 days.

  • UK - Standard: 2 - 8 working days.**

  • *Europe: 5 - 12 working days. **

  • USA: 5 - 12  working days. **

  • International (rest of world): 10 - 25 working days. **

  • *Europe in this case includes: Spain, France, Belgium, Germany and Ireland. All other European countries are under 'International'.

  • Please note delivery can be affected by holidays or inclement weather. 

  • Please be aware some packages may require the recipient to pay a customs tax fee before delivery can be completed.

  • Because we use an external supplier, printer and distributer some shipments may take longer than expected. We can only apologies about this but sadly it is out of our control.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The easiest way to find out how much shipping will cost is by adding a product to your cart and putting in your address. Different products (due to weight) and different areas of the World have individually priced shipping.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Of course! We don't want your location to be any reason not to enjoy our products! We regularly make shipments to France, Spain, Belgium and the United States.  

WHERE IS MY ORDER COMING FROM?

We have worked hard to reduce shipping costs but retain great quality products. Using past order information we have found our main markets are the UK, United States and Europe. When you place an order with Steamboat Style your products will be fulfilled in the nearest production centre to your delivery address. Certain products may only be available from specific production centres meaning it may not be your 'local' centre. 

 

WHY HAS ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED?

Steamboat Style uses third party fulfilment centres based around the World to produce our orders. Certain products may only be fulfilled by a centre in the United States, others Europe etc. You will always receive your full order it may just be that one item is coming from one production centre whereas others are coming from one closer to your address. 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

From our experience you may only be expected to pay custom tax/fees on items arriving from the United States to the UK and European countries. This fee is to be paid by the recipient and not by the company 'Steamboat Style'. All products state where they are fulfilled in their information section. If a product has multiple fulfilment locations the nearest to your address will be chosen.
