RETURNS / REFUNDS & DAMAGED ITEMS?

All designs are manufactured through a third party printer, therefore, the only acceptable returns are damaged product. If you would like to file a claim for a defective or damaged item, it must be completed within a 10-day window from the day the product was delivered.

We require a full description of the issue and as detailed images to forward onto our distributor.

We do not accept exchanges, even if the wrong size was purchased.

All claims are to be filed with our company email found on our contact page and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
