Our typical clothing items ange from S - 2XL

As we use fulfilment centres across the globe your shipping times may vary. This is why there is no estimated shipping time seen on your checkout page.

Our fulfilment centres are located in: The UK, USA, Latvia, Spain and Mexico.

Typically we suggest shipping could take a week from receiving your 'shipped email' but due to different circumstances this may take longer.

Shipping costs vary depending on the products and your location. The best way to estimate your shipping costs it to add the products to your cart and begin the checkout process where it will show you the shipping costs.

Products have 'fulfilled in' sections in the info area. You are responsible for checking this informations. Some products may only be fulfilled in the USA, meaning if you are located outside of the USA you are responsible for any customs or import fees incurred. Steamboat Style is not responsible for these fees.

We have tested and approved several fulfilment centres around the world to create and ship our orders. This is so we can offer lower shipping costs and shorter turnaround/delivery times for our customers around the world.

Each product has its 'fulfilled in' section showing where the product will be made. If multiple locations are listed the one closest to your address will be chosen.

Some products may not be available in multiple locations such as jackets. If you choose products that can not be fulfilled together they will be shipped from different locations and arrive seperatley.

We ship Internationally!

As a UK based business we work using GBP (£)

through our website provider, Shopify, we have installed an app that should automatically convert all of our prices to your currency, as accuratly as possible for the time you are viewing. This is intended to assis you in working our currency differences and aid you in understanding our prices. A product that may be £10 may show up as $14.87 or €12.56 for example. This tool can be changed to GBP (£) if you wish by going to the top right of your screen and using the dropdown.

All orders placed will be charged in GBP (£) and any charges due to currency converting from banks will be paid by the customer, not Steamboat Style.

How to Wear Your Face Mask

Ensure you always wash your masks before use and refrain from touching your face.

When putting on your face mask, hold it over your nose and mouth with clean hands, before pulling the elastic straps over your ears. Adjust it as needed to ensure it completely covers your nose, mouth and chin. Pinch the shape forming nose bridge for a sleek, smooth fit. You will notice the tag and arrow indicator helps show which way up the mask should go. The tag should be on the left hand side so that the higher bridge of the mask is in line with your nose, and the more rounded edge of the mask on your chin. If you prefer your mask without the label, this can easily be cut off.

When removing your mask, pull the straps off your ears and lift the mask away from your face, refraining from touching the front of your mask, as it may be contaminated. Wash your mask every time you use it.

How to Measure For Your Face Mask

  1. Measure from the bridge of the nose to behind the ear
  2. Measure from the bridge of the nose to just below the chin
  3. Refer to our size chart. If your measurements are close to the size boundary, please order one size up

How to Care for Your Mask

Wash your mask each time you use it for best hygiene. As they come in packs of 2 or 4 individual designs, you can wear a different one each day for a stylish new look. They’re machine washable (up to 60 degrees) but please avoid tumble drying to ensure the highest long lasting quality.

-----

Please note: Our face masks are NOT medical grade masks (which are recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as an infection preventative measure, i.e. grade FFP2/N95). So please DO NOT purchase our face masks with the false understanding they will prevent infection from Corona virus. They are more about protecting others to reduce spread. Due to the personal hygiene nature of the product, your custom face masks are non-returnable

Although our businesses share a website, we are operating them seperately.

If you wish to order a product from each business we politely ask you to process two seperate orders. If you choose to place the order with products from each company this is fine, we just need you to be aware that the products will not arrive together and may have a large window of time between products arriving.

SOAP Collective

All of our cosmetic and bathroom products are Vegan or Vegetarian Friendly unless otherwise stated.

We use colours and ingredients that weren't used or tested on animals or produced from insects.

Our products last approximately 12 - 24 months where they work as normal. After that we wouldn't reccoment using as they won't be as good.

We suggest keeping products out of direct sunlight to help them last longer.

Our products use ingredients such as sweet almond oils, jojoba oils, coconut oils and Shea butter. We do our best to keep our raw product from mixing with other bath products but they are all made in the same facility, because of this we cannot guarantee a nut free product on any of our bath products.

SOAP Collective is committed to sustainability in the giftware and cosmetic market. We pride ourselves in our ethical business practices. Dealing only with members of RSPO and POIG, we want to raise awareness of good palm oil among our customers and consumers so that they can make more informed purchase choices.

Yes our bath bombs shouldn't irritate your skin. We recommend not using them if you have already irritated or broken skin.
It is important to note that reactions to scent blends and essential oils are possible, so make sure you know what works best for you.

We suggest contacting your doctor and ask for information about what products are safe for you to use as some essential oils are not considered safe to use while pregnant or nursing.

We are working hard to prepare for our grand opening.

With this in mind our shipping solutions are not yet set in stone.

We anticipate to offer tracked shipping within the UK and Europe initially.

Our products will be shipped in recyclable corrugated shipping boxes, recyclable shredding to keep the product safe and secure with bath bombs wrapped in tissue paper and candles within display boxes using built in holders.

SOAP Collective's goal is to offer 'naked' products but not sacrifice product security and quality upon arrival.

CANDLE FAQs

  • Why coconut wax? - We believe that coconut wax is the healthiest for our bodies,  most sustainable for the earth, the cleanest burning on the market and it holds scent extremely well.
  • Do coconut candles smell of coconuts? - Coconut wax is made by first collecting coconuts and then cold pressing the oil out of the meat of the coconut. That coconut oil is then turned in to coconut wax through the process of hydrogenation which extracts the smell of coconuts.  Unless you order a coconut scented candle, there will be no smell of coconuts!
  • Am I allowed to use SOAP Co candles if I have a nut allergy? - We contacted our supplier and they have confirmed that due to the product not being consumed it is not an allergen. We have done some research of our own and coconuts are not officially a nut therefore a nut allergy would not apply.
  • What is tunnelling? - Tunnelling is when the wax hasn’t burnt to the outer edges of the container. Candles are very good at remembering their burn path! Therefore if you burn your candle for 10 minutes and it creates a little pool of wax, the next time the candle is burnt it will follow the same path, burn poorly and quickly. It is therefore important to start burning your SOAP Co candle when you know it can be left alight for an hour or two to ensure that the wax pool reaches the outer edge of the container.
  • What are your wicks made from? - All our wicks are lead-free and made from cotton.
  • What do I do if my candle is smoking? - The primary cause of black smoke is an overly long wick. When a candle burns, the wax near the flame melts and the liquid wax is pulled up the wick to feed the flame. If the wick is too long, the balance of heat and fuel will be off. This throws off the chemical reaction and can produce excess soot and smoke. Trimming wicks to between 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch before you light the candle is the easiest way to prevent black smoke.

PRODUCT SAFETY

  • Before You Burn - Place your SOAP Co candle on a level, well protected, heat resistant surface. Keep away from children, pets and drafty areas. Never leave a candle unattended.
  • Candle Prep -Trim the wick to ¼” before lighting to allow for optimal flame height that will slowly melt an even pool of wax.
  • The First Burn - When you light your candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt all the way to the outer edges of the container. Allowing a full melt pool will ensure an even burn with maximum scent throw.
  • Always Remember - Keep the wax pool free from wax trimmings or matches. Always extinguish the candle when  ½” of wax remains at the bottom to prevent damage to the container. Extinguish the candle with care.

Bath Bombs may arrive with cracks in them. This is common when ordering bath bombs from any online store, including the biggest companies in the industry.

Bath Bombs are incredibly delicate products made of powder. Due to this any slight bump or knock could cause cracks in the product. Even though it may not be 100% aesthetically perfect the bath bomb will work exactly as intended.

No case can be dealt with if the product has been used/partially used.

Concerns - email us with your order number and the subject: Damaged product - info@steamboatstyle.shop
